About our quote

The price includes:

  1. Domestic air ticket in China in economy class or train ticket(s) according to the itinerary; Airport development costs and fuel surcharge.
  2. Single room/cabin availability is subject to prior request with an additional charge; If the recommended hotel is not available, a similar one will be provided.
  3. Transportation by air-conditioned vehicle between airport/train station, hotel and attractions mentioned in the itinerary. Separate transfers will incur additional charges.
  4. Chinese lunches and dinners at local restaurants specified in the itinerary with A/C.
  5. Spanish speaking guide and experienced driver in all regular tour activities.
  6. All tickets to tourist attractions as indicated in the itinerary. Final disposition will be subject to local circumstances that are beyond the control of ChinaTravelVip. An attempt will be made to comply with the original itinerary with the greatest possible precision.
  7. Government taxes.
  8. Entry/travel permit application fee, such as the Tibet travel permit, is included.

Price does not include:

  1. International airfare or train ticket.
  2. Visa fee, passport application and renewal fee.
  3. Tip for guides, companions, drivers, luggage porters, etc. Tip recommendation: Group of 10 people or more: US$3/day for local guide, US$2/day for driver, US$4/day for national guide when a national guide is necessary; Group less than 10 pax: 4-8 US$/day for local guide, 2-4 US$/day for driver, 6-10 US$/day for national guide when a national guide is necessary;Usually tip For luggage porter at the airport or hotel it is 1-2 US$/piece which depends on the weight of the luggage.
  4. Personal expenses such as excess luggage, laundry, postage, communications and drinks.
  5. Optional meals, shows and excursions that will be added if clients wish to do the activities.
  6. Other changes caused by natural disasters, fires, weather, government and local authority orders, political changes, strikes, wars, riots, quarantine, customs regulations, damage or injury caused by an accident outside the control of China Travel and something that has been incurred due to tourist action violating the laws.
  7. Any project that is not specified in the itinerary.

  1. All quotes are in US dollars and are based on the exchange rate between CNY and USD in effect at the time of publication.
  2. Quotes on our website may vary during some Chinese festivals, holidays or national events. Should hotels possibly charge higher prices, recommendations will be made based on specific circumstances.

Itinerary adjustment and cancellation

Before payment, itinerary adjustments are free. During the trip, any additional expenses caused by changes made by the client will be the responsibility of the client. Any unused part is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Cancellation notification must be received in writing via email or fax addressed to ChinaTravelVip. Cancellations by phone will not be accepted. Details about cancellations and refunds are as follows:

Note:

  1. Additional cancellation costs charged by service providers other than ChinaTravelVip (which may include, but are not limited to, banks or other payment platforms, airlines, cruise ships, hotels, railway companies, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.
  2. Substitution of travelers is considered as cancellation of the reservation, and the above cancellation costs must be paid.
  3. After the start of the trip, no unused services will be refunded or exchanged (including, but not limited to, hotel accommodation, plane or train tickets, meals, tickets arising from your early departure, late arrival or lost travel days).

Deposit and final payment

Early booking refers to reservations made more than 45 days before the departure date. If you make an early reservation, you will be required to pay 30% of the total tour price as a deposit. The deadline for payment of the outstanding balance is 15 days before the departure date. To secure your reservation, you will be required to scan and email bank transaction receipts or copies of checks. If you pay by credit card, please complete the ChinaTravelVip online credit card authorization form. If payment is not received by the deadline, your reservation will be canceled.

Late booking refers to bookings made within 45 days prior to departure date, and is subject to availability. Late reservations are only accepted with full payment. The deadline for full payment is 15 days before departure date. To secure your reservation, you will be asked to scan and email bank transaction receipts or copies of checks. If you pay by credit card, please complete the ChinaTravelVip online credit card authorization form. If payment is not received by the deadline, your reservation will be canceled.

Please note that the due date for payment of the balance will appear on your invoice and you will not be reminded again for payment. Failure to make payment on time may result in automatic cancellation of your reservation.

Payment methods

PayPal

PayPal is the most secure and convenient way to make and receive payments online. This service allows anyone to pay the way they prefer, including with credit cards, bank accounts, buyer credit or account balance, without the need to share financial information.

ChinaTravelVip is one of the main online travel operators in China, which meets strict standards to provide payment services through PayPal to travelers around the world. You can make online payments directly to our PayPal account, .com, after logging in at www.paypal.com. Your reservation will be secured once we receive confirmation from our PayPal account.

Note:

  1. ChinaTravelVip reserves the right to withhold your reservation and request the use of another payment method when we or PayPal have reason to believe that the payment you made is fraudulent.
  2. You will be required to pay an additional handling fee of 3% of the total amount.

Telegraphic transfer

If you book your tour 30 days before your departure date, you can choose to pay by bank transfer. You will need to scan bank receipts or checks and email them to us. Once we have received the email, we will proceed to confirm your reservation.

Traveler health requirements

To ensure the smooth development of the trip, ChinaTravelVip strongly recommends that travelers are in good health. We recommend that you carefully consider your physical condition and ability to travel long distances and high altitude regions. Any physical or mental disability that requires special treatment or attention must be indicated at the time of booking.

Private Tour and SIC Tour

ChinaTravelVip specializes in private tours, meaning you (and your partner) decide when to go out and enjoy private vehicle and guide service for the entire trip. This guarantees flexibility, comfort and peace of mind.

For solo travelers and business clients, our travel advisors can recommend SIC (Service of Common Interest) tours, which means participants will share a bus and guide service with other clients. Our bus and guide will pick up confirmed travelers for the hotel-hopping tour for that day. SIC tours only have English speaking guides, and our guide will take you to all the tourist attractions mentioned in the itinerary. It is very convenient and economical.

All travel arrangements included in the trips are made on behalf of the participants or agents on the express condition that neither TopChinaTravel nor its agents shall be responsible or liable in the absence of their negligence for any direct, indirect, consequential damages or irregularities of any Which may be accessible by any act or omission of any person or entity, resulting in, without limitation, any act of negligence or breach of contract of any third party, such as airline, train, coach, private car, cruise ship, vessel, or any other means of transportation, hotelier, tourism provider, local driver, restaurant, etc., which is or provides goods or services for travel. Participants and Agents understand that TopChinaTravel neither owns nor operates such third party providers and accordingly agrees to seek remedies directly and only with such providers and does not hold ChinaTravelVip responsible for their acts, omissions or commissions. ChinaTravelVip is not responsible for any loss or expansion due to delay of schedule changes, overbooking of accommodation, non-compliance of any third party, illness, weather, strike, acts of God, acts of terrorism, force War, quarantine, customs regulations, epidemics, criminal activity or any other cause beyond their control. All these losses or expenses have to be borne and paid by the participant or agents.

ChinaTravelVip reserves the right to postpone, modify or cancel travel services as necessary due to unforeseen conditions or for the convenience of the operation of the tours. Any additional payment incurred will be charged to the traveler and the surcharge will be refunded. Such cancellation is limited to the full refund of the money received by ChinaTravelVip. Any unused refund will not be returned in part or in full due to the traveler's unwillingness to go. All travel fares are based on the current value of foreign currencies relative to the U.S. dollar and fares in effect on the same date and are subject to change. However, ChinaTravelVip will not adjust the price once it has been confirmed and the deposit has been received.

ChinaTravelVip is not responsible for items purchased in stores during the tours. Any service must be between the consumer and the stores.

ChinaTravelVip will not be responsible for the dangers and risks inherent to the trip, which may result in injury, damage or loss to the traveler. Locations in remote areas may lack easy access to medical facilities or quick assistance. The traveler is warned of these types of dangers and risks, and the traveler may not be able to travel as scheduled due to a personal emergency. Luggage is carried at your own risk and it is recommended to purchase luggage insurance.

ChinaTravelVip reserves the right to refuse to accept, or retain any person as a tour participant, if the health, mental condition, physical disability or general condition of such person impedes the operation of the tour or the rights, well-being or enjoyment of another participant. The participant must strictly abide by the laws and regulations promulgated by the governments of China. ChinaTravelVip will not be responsible for the penalty in part or in whole due to the violation.
