Step 1: Choose a Trip and Submit Your Inquiry

Start by selecting your favorite itinerary. Click the "Inquire Now" button and provide your information. If you don’t see an itinerary that suits you, feel free to try our Customize Tour option to create a personalized plan (there will be no extra fee). You can expect to receive a detailed itinerary and quotation from us within 24 hours.

Step 2: Receive Our Proposals and Quotation

After you submit your inquiry, we will email you with an updated itinerary and your quote. This itinerary will include all the details about your trip, so you can clearly see where you’ll be going and what services will be included.

Step 3: Free Modifications

We understand that plans can change, so we offer free modification services throughout the booking process. Feel free to share your feedback with us via email or WhatsApp, and we’ll adjust your itinerary to meet your needs until you are completely satisfied.

Step 4: Reservation and Advance Payment

Once you’re happy with your itinerary, you can confirm your reservation for our services. Our travel advisor will assist you in this process. To secure your bookings, a deposit will be required as an advance payment. We recommend confirming your reservation as early as possible to take advantage of better pricing.

IMPORTANT: We will begin the reservation process once we receive your advance payment. The hotels included in your quote can only be officially requested after this payment is received. If any changes occur during this time, we will notify you promptly and provide alternative options. Please note that domestic flights in China may also be subject to changes, and we will keep you informed of any updates.

Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a Travel Service Reservation Confirmation and an invoice for the balance payment.

Step 5: Balance Payment and Confirmation

After we receive the balance payment, you will receive your final confirmation letter. To help you prepare for your trip to China, we will also send you a welcome letter filled with important travel tips.
