1.Go to the Correct Station

Before departure, the most important thing is to confirm the correct train station. Many cities have several stations, often located far apart. Always check the full station name on your ticket (for example, "Shanghai Hongqiao Station" or "Shanghai Station"). It is advisable to arrive at the station at least 45 minutes to an hour before departure to allow sufficient time for check-in and security procedures.

2.Security Check

Upon entering the station, you will need to go through a security check. Have your identification documents, such as your passport and the QR code on your ticket, readily available. Please put all your luggage (including small bags) through the X-ray machine and follow the staff's instructions as you pass through security. Present the original, valid ID used to purchase your ticket for direct access to the station.

3.Wait for Your Train & Get on Board

After passing through security, please proceed to the waiting area or access gate indicated on the large screens in the station or on your ticket information.
