If you don't see a suitable itinerary or are unsure where to go, feel free to use our Customize Tour option - we'll help you create a personalized travel plan at no extra cost. You can expect to receive a detailed itinerary and quotation from us within 24 hours.
Step 2: Receive Your Suggested Itinerary and Quotation
Once you submit your inquiry, your dedicated travel advisor will send you a detailed itinerary and quotation by email. This document will outline your travel route and all included services, giving you a clear picture of your journey.
Step 3: Free Modifications
We understand that plans can change or budgets may vary. That's why we offer free modifications throughout the booking process. Share your feedback with us via email or WhatsApp, and we'll adjust your itinerary and quotation until you are fully satisfied.
Step 4: Reservation and Advance Payment
When you are happy with your itinerary and quotation, you can confirm your reservation. Your travel advisor will guide you through the process. A deposit is required to secure your bookings, and we recommend confirming early to take advantage of the best pricing.
Please note: We begin the reservation process upon receiving your advance payment. Hotels included in your quotation will only be officially requested at that time. If any changes occur during booking, we will notify you promptly and offer suitable alternatives. Please be aware that domestic flights in China may also be subject to change, and we will keep you informed throughout.
Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a Travel Service Reservation Confirmation along with an invoice for the balance payment.
Step 5: Balance Payment and Confirmation
After we receive the balance payment, you will get your final confirmation letter. To help you prepare for your trip, we'll also send a welcome letter with useful travel tips.
