Welcome to Xi’an, the ancient capital of China and the starting point of the Silk Road! Your guide and driver will pick you up at Xi’an Airport or Railway Station with a private exclusive vehicle. They will transfer you to your downtown hotel and assist you with check-in procedures. You can rest freely and settle in comfortably for the rest of the day to adapt to the ancient city’s atmosphere.
Your guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel in the morning to start your in-depth Xi’an historical culture tour.
First, visit the Terracotta Army, one of the world’s top archaeological wonders and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Discovered in 1974, this grand underground imperial army consists of over 8,000 life-sized terracotta warriors, horses and chariots with distinct facial features, built to guard Qin Shi Huang’s mausoleum. Your guide will narrate profound Qin Dynasty history and archaeological stories.
After a local authentic lunch, head to the iconic Bell Tower and Drum Tower, the central landmarks of Xi’an ancient city. Built in the Ming Dynasty, the twin ancient towers served as the city’s traditional timekeeping facilities, featuring exquisite ancient wooden architecture and profound city history.
In the evening, stroll through Xi’an Muslim Quarter, a bustling 1,300-year-old folk block integrating Silk Road customs and local food culture. You can taste classic Shaanxi snacks and experience the lively night market vibe. After the tour, your guide and driver will transfer you back to your hotel.
Your guide and driver will pick you up early in the morning and drive you to Mount Hua, renowned as one of China’s Five Great Mountains and the “Most Perilous Mountain under Heaven”. Boasting steep precipices, jagged peaks, magnificent sea of clouds and primitive mountain scenery, it is a world-famous natural scenic resort and Taoist holy land.
You can choose cable car or hiking routes to explore the iconic peaks, plank paths and core viewing spots, enjoying the breathtaking and grand alpine landscape. After a full day of mountain exploration, your guide and driver will escort you back to downtown Xi’an hotel for rest.
Enjoy flexible free time in the morning based on your personal schedule. You can choose to visit the Xi’an Ancient City Wall, the world’s largest and best-preserved ancient city wall, cycling or strolling on the wall to overlook the ancient city panorama. Alternatively, you can revisit the Muslim Quarter for casual shopping and food tasting.
After your self-guided sightseeing, your guide and driver will pick you up on time and transfer you to Xi’an Airport or Railway Station, bringing your wonderful Xi’an cultural and natural exploration tour to a perfect end.
