• Pandas are most active 9:00–11:00; arrive early to avoid crowds and get clear viewing; they tend to rest and sleep during hot noon hours.
• Wear soft comfortable walking shoes, as the zoo covers a large hilly area requiring lots of walking; prepare mosquito repellent in summer.
• Flash photography is forbidden near animal enclosures, especially the panda house, to prevent startling giant pandas and other sensitive wildlife.
