Morning: Splendid China Folk Village
Begin your day at Splendid China Folk Village, a large-scale cultural theme park offering a condensed journey across China. It consists of two main areas:
Splendid China (Miniature Scenic Area): Features nearly 100 famous historical sites and natural landscapes built at a 1:15 scale, such as the Great Wall, Terracotta Warriors, Potala Palace, and Huangguoshu Waterfall - truly "step into history, tour China in a day".
Folk Culture Villages: Showcases the folk arts, customs, and architecture of China's ethnic groups. Watch live song and dance performances, observe craftspeople at work, and participate in interactive activities for an immersive cultural experience.
Afternoon: OCT-LOFT (OCT Creative Culture Park)
In the afternoon, head to OCT-LOFT. Transformed from an old industrial zone, it's Shenzhen's premier hub for cultural and creative industries. The area is filled with art spaces & galleries hosting cutting-edge exhibitions, designer boutiques, independent bookstores, trendy cafes, and striking street art and installations that blend industrial style with modern creativity.
Afternoon (Optional): Nanyou Garment Wholesale Market
After visiting the above sites, you may optionally extend your trip to Nanyou Garment Wholesale Market. As a leading mid-to-high-end fashion wholesale and original design hub in South China, it houses numerous wholesale malls, designer studios and sample showrooms, ideal for fashion lovers and industry visitors.
